Truck Dispatch Services

DISPATCH services will handle all necessary load-related documentation and communication via phone, fax, or email with the Broker. 

DISPATCH will be listed as the primary contact on all load-related documentation, including but not limited to Carrier Set Up Packets and Rate Confirmations. 

CARRIER grants DISPATCH the authority to provide his/her signature for Carrier Set Up Packets, Rate Confirmations, Invoices, and associated paperwork necessary for securing cargo and billing purposes. 

CARRIER authorizes DISPATCH to provide CARRIER’S remittance address and/or Bank Information for billing purposes. 

DISPATCH will be the primary point of contact for obtaining Certificates of Insurance listing Broker as a Certificate Holder. 

DISPATCH will search, locate, and book loads that match the CARRIER’S profile. DISPATCH may post CARRIER’S equipment on online load boards to enhance visibility among independent truckers. 

DISPATCH will negotiate rates on behalf of CARRIER to the best of DISPATCH’S ability, utilizing all reasonable efforts, available resources, and skills to arrive at the best possible final rate acceptable to CARRIER. 

DISPATCH will notify CARRIER of best-matched loads for approval prior to making a binding commitment. Once a load is approved by CARRIER, DISPATCH will email or fax the necessary documents directly to the Broker. 

When necessary and within DISPATCH’s capabilities, DISPATCH will attempt to assist CARRIER with issues that may arise during the logistics process in transit. 

After delivery of a load arranged by DISPATCH, DISPATCH agrees to send all related paperwork to the Broker for billing purposes within 12 hours of receipt from CARRIER.
